[cobalt-users] PHP4 install error.

I get this error when trying to set up PHP4. Sorry, I cannot run apxs.
Either you need to install Perl or you need to pass the absolute path of
apxs by using --with-apxs=/absolute/path/to/apxs

What is the path to the apxs?

Also, where is the srm.conf that I have to edit?
