Have a look at:

They have a handy FAQ.
Also...
I got mine to work by setting up a primary dns as a sub-directory of another
site (dns0.mydomain.com).
You need to give this an IP# of its own. This can be any IP# already used on
the raq
but not the main one.
Try to use UK2Net or another isp as the Secondary NS as there is not much
point
having a secondary on the same box that might go down.
I then registered these with InterNic etc.
There is quite a lot of coverage of DNS at Cobalt and the List Archives.
