After *WE* logged several calls for help on *their* home page without any
results, *WE* started to complain on this list, and all of a sudden at last
we *are* getting some replies.
*WE* have informed *them* that if we do not get any replies, we will make
use of discussion lists to get some help from others that also had support
problems.

Accordin to Taco Scargo, *they* contacted *you*, made some recommendations,
and haven't heard back from you yet. What do you want, somebody to come
and actually install the patches for you?
