[cobalt-users] Virtual Host Domain Question

When I wan't to make a new virtual site with a domain, I make the virtual 
site like normal then in the DNS I add an A record for the domain.  For some 
reson the domain isn't comming up.  Here is what the DNS record looks like-

ninworld.com      208.155.64.85    
www.ninworld.com      208.155.64.85    
208.155.64.85/24      ninworld.com    
ninworld.com   mail is sent to the High priority mail server www.ninworld.com 
 

Do I have to change the Start of Authority (SOA) Configuration so it says-
Primary Name Server (NS) Host Name      ns.2039.com
Secondary Name Server (NS) Host Name (optional)   ns2.2039.com
