It seems I cannot create a folder called icons. When I do, it gives me a 403
error when I try to view its contents in the browser, and when I try to type
in domain.com/icons/icon1.gif, it gives me a 404 error. I need to create a
folder called icons for the Ultimate Bulletin Board. Is icons a reserved
folder name?
