[cobalt-users] aliases file is locked

I am having 2 problems with my RaQ3 and would appreciate any help.

1. Every time I try to add an email aliases I receive the error message:

"The aliases file is locked."

2. When I try to delete a virtual site I receive the error message: "The
system is busy deleting another site. Please wait and try again."

Any help would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.
