Okay, I stand only on my own experience.  I shall try premium for a few
tanks and see if I notice a difference.

Just tried.  Here's what I get:

Do you have a better reference?  The http://www.aireg.com/"; site points
to "http://www.dotcom.am/agreement.html";.

And while checking them out I noticed that aireg offers colocation on
their registration pages, so they're in direct competition with me. 
Good reason not to use 'em.

The language is in the pdf-file document supplied by openSRS; I haven't
carefully read the contract to see if the agrement is required or just
suggested; perhaps an openSRS user can tell us.

However, I don't see how this is much different from the following
language at Domain Bank:

Even though the contract language IS theirs, and not aireg's?
