Hi Kathleen,

What ftp client are you using? I used to have the same problem with WS-FTP
for windoze and Dreamweaver for Macintosh. I think it had something to do
with our DSL router and NAT. Anyway, the way I fixed it was to click the
"Passive Transfers" box in WS-FTP. You might want to take a look in your ftp
client for a similar option.
