[cobalt-users] CGI-Wrap error

This is probably old stuff, but I am new to the group, so please forgive
me...
How do I get CGI scripts to run on an RAQ3 ?
I get the following error.

CGIWrap Error: Execution of this script not permitted
Execution of (httpd) is not permitted for the following reason:
User not Privlidged.

I have looked at the GID stuff mentioned on the cobalt site and am still
stummped.
