Webalizer can be used to do that.  On my RaQ2 the FTP log file is
/var/log/xferlog, probably the same on the RaQ3.  "man webalizer" or read the
docs included with it or at http://www.webalizer.com/ on how to tell Webalizer
to use the FTP log format when analyzing the above log file.
