Me too, on a RAQ2 as a module.

I have both running as modules on the RAQ2, Neil Kemp (I think) posted good instructions
to the list, search the archives. His directions are specifically directed at running
both 3 and 4. The only sorta gotchas I ran into were:
had to install flex, bison, and some other deal to get it to configure, I found tars and
installed from source. All pretty easy to do.

Nope, I installed PHP3 from the RPMs on the cobalt site, verified it was working, then
used Neil's (I think) instructions. The other gotcha was when it asks for Apache's config
file, Cobalt puts it in a non-standard place, which is /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
