What product are you using?
If you are using a Raq2 than I assume you want to know who is downloading
*from* your Raq2. This you will need to check your logs.
If you are using a Qube2 I assume you want to know who is pulling the
traffic through your Qube2/internet connection. For this you either get
fancy with sniffing packets (I believe tcpdump comes with the Qubes) or get
a firewall/caching solution they lets you monitor this.
If you are using a CacheRaq, you just need to take a look the admin
interface to find out who is abusing and then cut them off.
If you are using none of them, you'll need to find a new mailing list, a
consultant, and a caching/firewalling solution.
Good luck!
