[cobalt-users] Assistance needed for Default Gateway

Please Help!

We have just gotten our first Cobalt Cube 2 and we are having some
problems. The configuration is relatively straight foward. The Primary
Ethernet interface is assigned an address from from the 10.1.X.X network
with a 255.255.0.0 subnet mask. The Secondary Ethernet address is
assigned a static address from a subnetted Class C address which is
connected to the Internet. The Gateway address is assigned as the
Ethernet address of a Cisco router that connects to the Internet. NAT
is turned on, but we are not using DHCP and the only firewall rule at
this time is to allow all traffic and IP forwarding is turned on. Each
client has our ISPs DNS servers set up in the Windows IP stack, the
default gateway for these machines is the Primary Ethernet interface of
the Cube 2.

Internal Clients can get to Cube 2 without any problems. These clients
can also ping the Secondary address of the Cube 2, but they cannot go
any further. Clients out on the Internet can get to the Cobalt Cube 2
by typing in the Secondary Ethernet address (public address) or by
putting in the FQDN of the machine.

If any one has an idea of whats is wrong I would appreciate hearing from
you.

TIA
