The RaQ3 has Majordomo mailing list software installed.  You can create mailing
lists from the GUI after you click on the site.  For configuration you'll have
to know how to send commands to majordomo from email or edit files from the

I use a PHP script I wrote which I embed in a form that emails majordomo with
the proper [un]subscribe commands.  There are some free Perl scripts that do the
same thing.  Do a search on google.com, a perl script archive site or ask on the
majordomo mailing list or search its archives (see the URL above).
