Are you using a dialup ISP to account to send the emails. If so then your
box may not be set-up to accept the relay. I get the same response when
trying to send from my ISP and have not had time to make the correct changes
to my box. If you are using a RaQ3 then check out page 51 in your manual.
It will explain the solution.
