Yes.  On the RaQ2/3 as a module and as a binary (CGI).

If you want them both as a module I think you may have to recompile Apache with
versioning.  I haven't done it, but I have tried to recompile Apache on a RaQ3
and never succeeded.  If you're talking about a RaQ2, an Apache recompile is
do-able.  I've done it.

At the least, I think you'd have to remove your RPM install and re-install PHP3
from source.  Why do you want/need PHP3 and PHP4 installed as a module (there
are reasons so maybe you could share)?  PHP4 has been out of beta for several
months.
