You're right.  That's a possible reason.

If it has the same message_id it could be a problem on Cobalt's end - maybe with
their sendmail or maybe with their mailman software.  I guarantee a lot of
double posts are from Outlook Express users b/c Outlook Express occasionally
doesn't close the message window after the user clicks the "send" button and
then the user thinks the message wasn't sent and resends.  I've had 1 or 2 of my
own messages double-post on this list over the last few months and it wasn't b/c
I sent them twice (unless my Outlook Express did so after one click).
