Hello,
You do not need to install a WAP gateway on your server.
Any HTTP server can offer WAP content & services... On your RaQ you just
need to add the following mime.types to the mime.types config file:
application/vnd.wap.wmlc wmlc
text/vnd.wap.wml wml
image/vnd.wap.wbmp wbmp
text/vnd.wap.wmlscript wmls
application/vnd.wap.wmlscriptc wmlsc
text/x-hdml hdml
image/bmp bmp
I believe the above types cover all the WAP formats you will currently bump
into. Just FTP .wml pages to your RaQ and they will be immediately
accessible to any WAP enabled phone.
Regards,
David
