The instructions can be found at http://www.webalizer.com/.  As far as
compiling programs from source goes it's not one of the more difficult
installs.

It would be quicker for me just do it for you.  I can't do it for free, but
I charge a very fair rate to install it and its dependencies and I throw in
a shell program I wrote to configure it for virtual sites and create a
master webalizer webpage that gives summary data for the server on a site by
site basis.

If you want a package file for v1.30 DnsTelecom has one available.  Search
the web at google.com or the list archives for the URL.  I've posted it here
several times.
