You could pull the error log (or any logs) into any database program you
want and generate queries and reports to show you exactly what you need. I
used to do this in my shared-hosting days years ago to pull data into Access
and generate queries and reports for my web traffic, but doing it for the
error log would be no different. You could also pull the data into
PostgreSQL or MySQL (if you've installed it) and generate commandline, email
or web-based reports. I don't use any stats programs on PCs to analyze logs
so I can't help you there, but maybe my suggestions will give you some other
alternatives.
