[cobalt-users] RAQ3 users homepage location

Hello, Brand new to the list and to Cobalt servers. I have a question that I
am sure anyone who has used a Cobalt server for more than a week can answer.

Where in the world is the home page template for new users located on the
server?
I have a RAQ3 if it makes a difference. I want to change this template page
and customize it for my new users.
