Can't say I've ever seen that error before.  Sounds like the email is going
into some kind of loop.

Your DNS settings should work.  Is the primary DNS for dimar.org hosted on
the same server?  Is DNS running?  Did you recently switch IPs or change
your name servers?

Sounds like DNS isn't visible to the outside world.  A whois lookup
indicates that your primary and secondary DNS are Network Solutions name
servers.  Have you asked them to update your DNS?  If you *think* you are
running your own DNS, I think you are mistaken and need to talk to Network
Solutions (aka Verisign).

The URL for the archives is at the bottom of every email on this list.  If
you spend a few seconds exploring the page you'll see a "search" button in
the middle of the screen and a place to enter some search criteria just to
the left of it.
