[cobalt-users] Which PKGs to install??

I have new RaQ3i's and RaQ3J's.. can anyone tell me that as of today, July
28th, 2000 (with all the QPopper stuff happening this week) which patches I
should install, and in which order to receive the best results?? Please list
ALL packages (OS updates? Security Updates?).. Is there a definitive listing
somewhere that I've missed in the archives and the KB?? I'd be glad to keep
an updated list posted weekly/monthly if someone can get me started :)

I can find the packages no problem, but the order of installing everything,
and the differences between the two language versions of the RaQ3's escapes
me..
