Ok, at http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host, I 
submit the form twice.  I will register-

Host Name:  ns.mydomain.com
IP Address:  ip#1

then for the second time I submit the form I will use this-

Host name: ns2.mydomain.com
IP Address: ip#2

Then I will modify "mydomain.com"  (which I already purchased) so the 
Primary Server Hostname:  ns.mydomain.com
Primary Server Netaddress:  ip#1
  
Secondary Server Hostname:  ns2.mydomain.com
Secondary Server Netaddress: ip#2 
.

Then on the cobalt i will create 2 virtual sites.
For the first
IP: ip#1
Hostname: ns
Domain: mydomain.com

For the second
IP: ip#2
Hostname: ns2
Domain: mydomain.com

Then in the domain parameters
I will make 2 A records-

For the first
Host Name: ns
Domain Name: mydomain.com
IP: ip#1

For the second
Host Name: ns2
Domain Name: mydomain.com
IP: ip#2

Then is that it?
Should it work now?
