	I'm sure that this is a fine solution for UNIX geeks. 
However, it's my understanding that any (manual) changes to the 
"httpd.conf" file will blow away the Cobalt GUI, or its settings. 
This makes your solution a poor one for those who need, or like, the 
Web-based interface for setup or monitoring of accounts.
