[cobalt-users] RE: severe problems DISK

We've been seeing this same ISE on one of our RaQ3's since the 17th of this
month when trying to check disk space as well (but no blinking indicator
light). It just popped up out of the blue one morning. We also started
recv'ing the error message below after things update each morning. We emailed
Cobalt and they told us to just reboot the machine and it should go away.
Unfortunately it didn't. We re-asked the question when the problem remained
after re-booting, but it?s been over a week and Cobalt has yet to respond. I
spoke with another RaQ3 user last week that's been having the same ISE errors
when attempting to check disk space from his admin control panel as well. He
said Cobalt went in and fixed the issue. Then it reappeared after installing
the OS3 update. So some of us are seeing it on our RaQ3 machines on a reg
basis.
