Results of a locate on my Qube2:

locate yellow_qube2.jpg: (I assumed qube instead of cube...)
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/images/yellow_qube2.jpg

locate menu0-0.html:
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/personal/menu0-0.html
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/public/menu0-0.html
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/sysManage/menu0-0.html
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/userAddSite/menu0-0.html

locate menu0.html:
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/personal/menu0.html
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/public/menu0.html
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/sysManage/menu0.html
/usr/admserv/html/.cobalt/userAddSite/menu0.html

(I think .cobalt is a hidden directory, maybe that's why you didn't find them...)
