[cobalt-users] Frontpage SubWebs / Administration on Raq3

I was just curious if there is a way to create Frontpage Subwebs from a
virtual site that I setup.   I know that I need to enable Frontpage
Extensions for the site, but coming from a IIS server being able to create
subwebs that are also available.   Also, is there a way to do Frontpage
Server Extension Administration to see what is going on.    If this has been
answered before, please point me in the direction of the archive.
