The Host NIC Handle is a short unique name that Networksolutions assigns to
a Registered DNS server. You can do a whois lookup on the dns server you are
going to use to get this info. The Host name is the host name of the dns
servers. For instance if I were going to host a web site with a company
called hoster.com and there dns servers are ns1.hoster.com and
ns2.hoster.com I could do a whois lookup on ns1.hoster.com to get the NIC
handle and then the host name would be ns1.hoster.com
