I can't seem to find Paul's original post, just his post on reverting to the
previous version of QPopper. I applied the package myself to a RaQ2 last
night. I thought it worked, but that was b/c I was checking an IMAP
account, not a POP account (it was late). Now I find none of my POP
accounts are accesible. I have only myself to blame, though. I have a rule
not to install a Cobalt package file until at least a week after its
release, but I got greedy. Don't worry - I'll be punished. FYI, the RaQ2
in question was upgraded from Apache 1.3.3 to 1.3.9 by me last year. Not
sure if it's related, but thought I'd pass that on. When trying to connect
via POP client (in this case OE 5.0) a lock file is generated in
/var/spool/mail/ named username.lock owned by user:mail, but I can't
retrieve mail from the box. If there's further info I can provide let me
know.
