[cobalt-users] Another Newbie Question, about Qube2

I'm new to the management of the qube, and new to FTP also, so please
forgive if this is a really stupid question.

I'm ftp'ing into the qube, as admin, and trying to delete some .html files
that were published into a user folder, but I get a 505 permission denied
error.  Can these permissions be adjusted via the GUI interface, or do I
need to go in and make changes with Linux?  If they can be done via GUI,
exactly where?
