You obtain the restore disc from your VAR that you bought it from.  They
should be able to restore it to factory condidtion.  Otherwise, you will
need to purchase one direct from Cobalt--I think they are $99.

The sources are availible on the website for all GPL'd code.  GPL doesn't
cover binaries, BTW.  They don't have to give out any binaries if they don't
want to... just the source.
