I tend to agree, but some of us don't think the existing resources are good
and some of us think we can create something better so we are. Nearly 20 of
us are beginning work on a support system to supplement the existing support
infrastructure.

That just tells us *you* don't think it's a good idea. It doesn't mean it
isn't a good idea. You are trying to lead us to believe that 1. you are
aware of all good ideas before anyone else and 2. you have the time,
resources, interest and skills to pursue every good idea conceivable. Of
course, I could be misunderstanding you.

And I think that continuing to rely on tools that become less useful and
more cumbersome every day without doing anything significant about it is a
bad thing.

I hardly think the location of the site is relevant. And the site we are
building will not be difficult to find. Also, the content of this site will
be available to those who help with the effort. Surely you can see the
value of having the content for a Cobalt support site integrated within your
own website dedicated to your RaQ hosting customers, can't you? I don't
even sell dedicated RaQ hosting solutions and I see the value of that. I
keep all of my tools in the same place in my house, but I don't own a drill
so I had to go elsewhere to locate a drill the other day. I keep everything
in the same place, yet I still didn't have the tool for the job. Maybe
having access to the right tools is more important than keeping all of the
wrong tools in the same place?

Right back at ya. I suppose we agree to disagree. <grin> If you want to
discuss the project off-list, give me a call. If you keep all of your
contact phone numbers in the same place you still have mine. <smile>
