[cobalt-users] What about updating and self-modified files?

Hello,

What about updating and self-modified files? E.g., I changed the
/etc/issue and /etc/issue.net. Of course I kept a copy! Howerver, when
I do an upgrade (Cobalt PKG from their site), shall I restore the
files to the original state (so does the PKG require them in that
state because it only patches them) or are they automatically
overwritten by the PKG?
