Sadly, the KB may not have the answer to such a standard topic.

Why not search the list archives?
http://www.cobalt.com/support/resources/usergroups.html. Try searching for
"remove package" to find a message telling you the directory containing the
uninstall scripts. Or login to your server and do "locate uninstallers" and
run the appropriate script from the list returned by entering the full path
to the file.
