When you say that you've "obtained" a Raq3, is that for free? if so,
chances are its missing a HDD or CPU etc cause i don't know anyone that
would "give away" a Raq3 !! :)

on a more serious note, you should obtain a Restore CD and try to
restore it to factory condition. If the restore doesn't work, maybe the
HDD is corrupt?
