Where can I get the update to qpopper??

Does anyone have a fix for Pop-before SMTP? If they do please can they mail
it to me directly (mark@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) I'd really appreciate it!

But the most important question of all.... where can I get the update from
and how do I install it?
