[cobalt-users] Site Administrator

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can remove access to the web interface to the site
administrator? This is so because I do not want to allow the site
administrator access to freely add/delete e-mail accounts, mailing lists,
etc, but will like to give him access to his own FTP account to upload
*.html files.
