You can probably get it to boot up by holding down the four arrow keys and
turning the power switch on in the back.  It boots off of /usr/games/doug I
believe.  This is just from the baack of my head I am pretty sure on the
RAQ2 and up it has backup copy of the OS that can be used if you hold down
the four arrow keys.

After that you can try and figure out what is wrong with it,
