Message from the customer whose site wasn't working:
"I deleted the whole caboodle using me FTP routine and re-published
successfully from FP."
So, it's most likely a FrontPage problem, although all the messages I've seen
on this list indicate it only happens after installing the Cobalt OS-2
update...
