Hello,

Out server has crashed hard and fails to reboot now.  Our luck would
have it that two of the people maning the server room at out ISP are on
their first days and clueless as to how to help.  Can anyone explain to
me how to connect  a pc-laptop machine via it's serial port to the
serial port on the RaQ3i unit?  Is this even possible?

Right now when the server reboots, it just hangs on "booting" in the LCD
panel and doesn't say anything further.  We would liketo get a terminal
hooked into it so we can at least diagnose or debug what might be going
on.
