[cobalt-users] Rewrite recipient address

We are hosting a group of domains for a client and our client wants all
their email redirected to a single domain.
Our client will then collect all mail from this single domain and will
sort/deliver with Lotus Notes.

I can forward the mail to the required domain ok, but what I can't work out
is how to rewrite the recipient address, i.e.,

I need to rewrite the recipient address so that: username@xxxxxxxxxxx or
username@xxxxxxxxxxx becomes username@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Can anyone shed any light on the above.
