No, Equifax certificates cannot be installed from the standard Cobalt UI.

This is because the following lines are missing:

from: /etc/admserv/conf/ssl.conf
SSLCACertificateFile  /home/sites/home/certs/ca

from: /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
$PerlConfig .= "SSLCACertificateFile /home/sites/$group/certs/ca\n";
