[cobalt-users] tar-zip question

Hey All,

I do much of my development work on a Win98 machine running a personal
web-server.   Then I upload to the RaQ3i machine I also administer.  I'm
wondering if anyone has run across a windows program that can tar and
gzip a whole directory on my local machine (Win98), then I can upload
that tar/zipped file and unpack it once it's uploaded to the server?

The reason I ask is that I think due to the distance I am from my
server,  my FTP drops out quite often or fails to upload directories
fully.
