You replied to a message I wrote, but I didn't ask for a copy of the pkg file.  I was
explaining to Stefan why he probably got the error he described.  If someone wants to
know where they can get the pkg file please post the URL or email to them off-list
instead of posting the file as an attachment to the list.  The list does accept
attachments, but that will irritate a lot of users and generate a lot of traffic for
Cobalt and users that isn't necessary.
