Give us a real-world example. What was the hostname you typed in?
What was the domain name you typed in?
Were you creating the site on IP# 64.35.49.8?

Most likely the problem is that your RaQ's actual settings our out of
sync with what the gui'd database thinks.
Cobalt Tech Support should be able to give you specific help, once you
get through to them.
