You're right. Cobalt's directory structure is
/home/sites/www.domain.com/web/youpickthedirectory

Whatever directory of the form I describe above where you want it installed as long
as it's in a subdirectory of your site's "web" directory. Most people would use
/home/sites/www.domain.com/web/cgi-bin or
/home/sites/www.domain.com/web/cgi-bin/wwwcount.

don't have any notes.
