[cobalt-users] Web Optimized on RaQ3?

hi list..

I have installed the OS 3 on my RaQ3 box.
I now found that this RaQ3 needs more time to initialize protocol when I
want to connect to FTP port, POP, telnet, and SMTP. The only protocol
initialization that was not affected is http port.
I even told my customers to give their email client enough time for protocol
initialization when they check their mail. Some of them have to make "pop
initialization time out" to 2 minutes.

Is there any way I can make this RaQ3 back to normal again? Any help would
be appriciated.
