The web server on my Raq3 has suddenly shut down. The Raq3
automatically emailed me with the subject, "the web server is not
responding". I have no way to configure the server by web interface, so
I have to Telnet. Here is the transcript:
[root@www admin]# /etc/rc.d/init.d/httpd restart
Shutting down Web Service:
Setting up Web Service: Site site1 has invalid certificate: 4999
Certificate fil
es do not exist.
Site home has invalid certificate: 4999 Certificate files do not exist.
fopen: No such file or directory
httpd: could not open error log file /var/log/httpd/error.
/usr/sbin/httpd
[root@www admin]#
Does anyone know what has happened or how I can fix this? It has been a
week and a half since this happened with no response from Cobalt
support. I am losing my business and have many angry customers. Please
help.
