[cobalt-users] Error when installing SSL on Raq3

I tried installing the following package on my Raq3.  The error it reports
is "RPM list empty.  Nothing installed"  It is the update to 128-bit SSL.

http://ftp.cobalt.com/pub/packages/raq3/eng/RaQ3-Update-SSL-1.0.pkg

any ideas?  Thanks!
